At bzshengjun Factory, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms for returns, refunds, and exchanges applicable to wholesale and custom orders. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualifying Issues

Returns or refunds are considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Products with verified functional flaws (e.g., motor failure, charging issues).
  • Damage During Shipping: Items arriving with physical damage (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).
  • Non-Conforming Orders: Incorrect items or quantities shipped compared to the order.

Non-Qualifying Scenarios

Returns/exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Customized/OEM orders (unless defective).
  • Bulk orders exceeding 30 days from delivery.
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections not affecting functionality.
  • Buyer’s change of mind or inaccurate order placement.

Return Process

Step 1: Notification

Contact our support team at david@bzshengjun.com.com within 7 days of delivery.

Provide: Order number, product details, photos/videos of the issue, and a description.

Step 2: Assessment

Our quality team will review the case within 5 business days.

Then contact your credit If approved, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Step 3: Shipping

Return products to our designated facility in their original packaging.

Shipping costs for non-defective returns are borne by the buyer.

Refund and Exchange Options

Approved Claims

Refund: Full or partial reimbursement to the original payment method (processed within 14 business days)

Replacement: Free shipment of a replacement unit for defective items.

Credit: Store credit for future orders (valid for 12 months).

Timeframes

Refunds: 14 business days after return inspection.

Replacements: Shipped within 10 business days of approval.

Warranty Coverage

Standard Warranty: 12 months from delivery for manufacturing defects.

Exclusions: Warranty voids if products are misused, modified, or improperly cleaned.

Claim Process: Submit a warranty claim via email with proof of purchase and defect evidence.

Custom/OEM Orders

Custom-designed products are non-refundable unless defective.

Samples must be approved before mass production.

Modifications to custom orders after production begins incur additional fees.

Shipping Costs

Defective Items: We cover return shipping.

Non-Defective Returns: Buyer pays return shipping and restocking fees (15% of order value).
